Fundraising is a fact of life for schools, daycares, and countless organizations that are continually asked to do more with less.  Lovable Labels offers an easy and unique way to help raise these much needed funds and also reduce your lost and found pile in the process! Lovable Labels carries personalized labels for children’s belongings and Medical and Vital ID Wristbands.  Our labels are extra tough – dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer safe, and UV resistant.  Children love seeing their name on everything and teachers and parents love them because they are useful and practical.  Our wristbands allow your child to have important medical information on them at all times.  The wristbands are extra-tough, waterproof and come in different colors.  Best of all, kids actually like to wear them!

Lovable Labels has completed many successful fundraisers for daycares, schools, camps and team organizations throughout Canada and the U.S.  We are especially proud to be involved with special projects that have raised funds to help support and benefit programs such as the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign, Safehaven – Residential and Respite Care for Children, Breast Cancer Foundation, Accelerated Cure Project for MS and many others.

We offer two types of fundraisers: A Traditional Paper Fundraiser and a Paperless Fundraiser

TRADITIONAL PAPER FUNDRAISERS

Our goal is to raise funds for your organization and reduce your lost and found pile while making the process effortless and hassle-free for you.  Here is how a Traditional Paper Fundraiser works: 

1.       Complete and fax the attached registration form telling us when you would like to hold your fundraiser and details on your school or organization.

2.       We will prepare and deliver your fundraiser packages which will include a flyer, a color one-page “how to order” product sheet, and an easy to use order form. 

3.      Checks are made out directly to Lovable Labels Inc.  This means there is no sorting, checking orders or calculations for you to do.  If there are any problems with the customer payments, we will take care of it for you. 

4.      Your Lovable Labels agent will pick-up your orders, if it is a remote fundraiser we will provide a prepaid courier envelope or special instructions to send the orders to Lovable Labels.

5.       Your labels will be individually packaged with the customer and child’s name so there is NO sorting for you.  Orders will be delivered within 14 business days of receiving your order forms.

6.       The day your labels are delivered, you will receive your check for 20% of your total sales (excluding taxes) along with a detailed sales report for your records.  There is no waiting for the money you have raised.  There is no invoice for you to pay.  We feel that since you are raising the funds, you should be receiving the check, not writing one to us!

Paperless fundraisers work best for camps, online communities, and organizations that have a large community spread over a wide geographic area.   If you are unsure of which type of fundraiser to use, we will work with you to determine the best option for you. If a combination of a Traditional and Paperless fundraiser is what you require, we will provide a combined fundraiser.  Here is how a Paperless Fundraiser works:

1.       Complete and fax the attached registration form.

2.       Your Lovable Labels agent will contact you to go through the details of your fundraiser including the launch date, duration, and goals of the fundraiser.

3.    We will set up a custom website for your organization (i.e. www.organizationname.lovablelabels.ca)To attract people to your Lovable Labels website a custom web banner will be provided for you to post on your website.  Customers can click on this banner and they will be automatically linked to your Lovable Labels website.  We will work with you to customize the Contact Information page on your Lovable Labels website which will include a write-up on your organization, your organization’s logo, and a link to your home page. 

4.       Although this is a paperless fundraiser, we can also provide fundraising letters (if required), a write-up for your monthly newsletters, and/or a customized email that can be sent out notifying parents and your e-community of the fundraiser.

5.      You will be provided a log-in name and password to your Lovable Labels website allowing you to view your sales.

6.       Orders are mailed directly to customers so there is no sorting or distributing of orders for you to worry about.

7.       You will receive a check for 20% of your sales (excluding taxes), within 14 days of your fundraiser end date.  For ongoing fundraisers we will work with you to create a payment plan (monthly, quarterly, etc.).

2.       approve the custom letter to parents

3.       distribute the fundraising package

HOW MUCH DO YOU RECEIVE?

Your organization receives 20% of all sales (before taxes).
